Happy students…happy staff…happiest campus! That’s the Vision and indeed the philosophy at Bright Riders School.

As the KHDA report of 2023 says about Wellbeing at BRS:

“The school places a robust emphasis on both individual and collective well-being. It efficiently collects feedback from students, parents, and the governing body to adapt its approaches and strategies. The school excels in engaging with and fostering the well-being of both students and staff. The entire staff, including the school counsellor, offers personalised care, guidance, and support. Students exhibit positive attitudes towards their peers and staff, expressing a strong sense of value within the school community.”

All work and no play makes for dull, unhappy girls and boys! A typical day at school is carefully crafted/deliberately designed to provide an immersive, invigorating, engaging learning experience that provides a well-balanced mix of academic challenge, physical education and emotionally enriching visual and performing arts.

A common thread that runs through all the scholastic and co-scholastic lessons on the timetable is that they are all learner-centred and activity-based and aim to take students to high achievement levels. While knowledge is premium, in the information society of the internet, equal, if not more, focus needs to be given on development of Skills aligned to the needs of living and working in the 21st Century.

The after-school hours Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) programme and the before school hours Morning Sports Coaching are optional programmes for those who are looking to extend their talent or develop new ones.

The 2 breaks give time for nourishment of body and mind through the opportunity for positive interaction with teachers and friends – forging precious, lasting bonds that make each school day something to look forward to.
