Our Key Services Include:

• Safeguarding: The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students. The school creates safe environments for all stakeholders through robust safeguarding practices and ensures that adults, who work in the school, including volunteers, don’t pose a risk to the children. All stakeholders are made aware and trained to respond to concerns and keep up to date with the policies and practices.

• Inclusion: All children share a common entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum which meets their physical, social, and learning needs. The school aims to make available a graduated approach to special provisions that completes the cycle of assessing, planning, implementing, regular monitoring and reviewing. The BRS recognizes Students of Determination (SD) as fully participating members on an equal basis with others and believes in the Social Model on Inclusion.

• Counseling Services: Our trained counselors provide individual and group sessions, offering a safe space for students to discuss their feelings and challenges. Whether facing academic pressure or personal issues, our team is here to listen and support.

• Academic Support: Academic support to all students is the cornerstone of improving achievement. Daily lessons are planned to extend appropriate support to all and the Inclusion Dept offers specialized support to Students of Determination. Term-wise academic Goal Setting, Remediation programmes inbuilt into the weekly timetable and outside school hours are some highlights. Term-end Report Cards clarify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Social and Emotional Learning: We provide programs that foster resilience, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills through group sessions with the school counsellor on topics such as stress management and conflict resolution. Active student participation in co-scholastic activities and cultural programmes inside and outside of the school promote teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Wellbeing Programs: From physical fitness activities to mindfulness sessions, we promote a healthy lifestyle. Our wellness programs encourage students to engage in self-care practices and build healthy habits. Our most recent addition, unique to BRS Is the Formula Fitness Forever (F3) Programme that provides personalized diet plans, physical activity routines and medical monitoring for those who sign up.

• Resources for Parents: Unique to BRS are exclusive Wellbeing Provisions for parents. Additionally, our resources for parents include guidance on supporting children’s mental health and information about school initiatives.

• Career Guidance: Bright Riders School is committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to navigate their future careers with confidence and clarity.
