Skating Champion Rolls to Victory – October 13, 2024:The CBSE UAE Cluster Skating Championship saw a new star: Albel Chovookaran Bijoy from Grade 6A, who brought home TWO Gold Medals in the 1000m Quad and 500m Lap events! With 565 participants from 58 schools competing, Albel’s top-notch performance is a true testament to his skill and hard work. Roll on, Albel!
Triathlon Triumph – October 26, 2024: Grade 7B’s Srikrishna Venkatesh went the distance—literally—at the Oceanic Khorfakkan Triathlon 2024, bringing home a Silver Medal! Srikrishna swam, cycled, and jogged his way to glory, and we couldn’t be more proud. Congratulations, Srikrishna—keep making waves!
Curiosity and creativity took center stage at our annual STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Exhibition! Students from Grades 1 to 9 amazed everyone with their unique projects that showed off their multidisciplinary skills. From engineering marvels to scientific experiments, this showcase celebrated the innovative spirit of our students and their endless imaginations. Way to go, young inventors!
Our community got a boost in inspiration with the unveiling of the official BRS Wellbeing Logo! This unique symbol of hope, transformation, and interconnectedness was brought to life by a talented trio of young artists – Aalan and Aadarsh (Grade 3A) and Vedanti Gule (Grade 5B). Their designs were seamlessly blended by the Art Department to create this emblem, introduced by Wellbeing Governor, Ms. Namita Malhotra. We couldn’t be prouder of our young artists and the positive energy this logo brings to BRS!
October wrapped up with a friendly yet fierce football showdown between BRS Dads and Staff as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge. With students as referees ensuring a fair game, this lively match was all about camaraderie, teamwork, and the love of the game.
